On October 20 at 5:00 PM, citizens in Tbilisi will start marching from five locations towards Freedom Square under the slogan “Georgia Chooses the EU.”
The announcement reads:
“Georgia, which won’t let this historic chance slip away;
Georgia, which chooses unity and progress;
Georgia, which won’t betray its ancestors and future generations;
Georgia, which chooses the EU and a bright future
is gathering on October 20 for a march
Georgia Chooses the EU!
We’re gathering at five locations:
Republic Square – 5:00 PM
Heroes Square – 5:00 PM
300 Aragveli Obelisk (Ortachala) – 5:00 PM
Marjanishvili Square – 5:00 PM
Intersection of Amaghleba and Asatiani Streets (Mtatsminda)
And like before – we’ll move like unstoppable rivers, joining together at Freedom Square.
